Niklas is an attentive and compassionate practitioner, speaks great English and appreciates the need for a tailored treatment plan for each individual. My insurance covers osteopathy and I was able to get regular sessions, improving my flexibility and decreasing my pain level considerably.
I would highly recommend his services if you are in the Landstuhl or Wiesbaden area.

Integrative Osteopathy has been a true saving grace for my long standing back problems I have. As an active duty service member, I was not permitted to utilize chiropractic care through Tricare. However, when I brought up my continued pain with a new PCM, I was told about Osteopathy and that I was permitted to be seen. Despite what some may tend to think about being seen locally and having a language barrier, I was able to fully explain the Nik my problems, both past and present, and immediately underwent treatment. Although I had never had myofascial massaging, coupled with chiropractic adjustments, I was eager to try. Admittedly I was sore after my first appointment but over the course of the next two weeks, I was eager to get back in because the pain subsided exponentially through his treatment. I attended Integrative Osteopathy for over eight months and would truly not feel as good as I do today had I not gone.
In addition to my back treatment, I also came in with some minor injuries that Nik was able to use acupuncture, myofascial massage and Theragun treatment. I had fallen and hurt my shoulder and after 30-60 minutes of treatment, my shoulder was back to normal. Same goes when I strained an intercostal rib muscle and had difficulty breathing and coughing. Massaging and other treatment fixed the issue and was back to normal within two appointments.

I cannot recommend this office enough to those in need treatment. Due to the multifaceted approach I have had, I believe you can walk in with just about any issue and be treated to a degree that gets you back on your feet. 10/10 would recommend every time.

Niklas is an amazing osteo! He helped fix my hip and back so I am able to squat and run without pain. I have referred several people to him and will continue to do so.

He speaks English better than most Americans and takes Tricare.

Lovely staff!!! Have been going for a while now and can definitely tell a difference throughout my body. They do speak English and accept TriCare for Military members. You can easily call and make an appt or use the MyCare OS app to help with utilization to their facilities. There are multiple providers as well!
